It works for my friend 100%. It works for me 90% of the time. What I do not like is that every time I order it does not come cold. The ice pack is melted. I paid to have it expedited and it still was not cold. They should use dry Ice order allow it to be overheated.

I usually catch everything! I was exposed to a nasty cold ( ery exposed) about 1 month after starting 1 of these pills a day, and I never got the cold!
