Gets lots of attention and sturdy.
I'm a nurse on a mother baby unit. I sometimes work as the "unicorn" or the real term "transition nursery nurse". I've gotten so many compliments on this badge reel. On my days as "unicorn" everyone especially notices it. Doctors, labor nurses. Some have asked me for the link to purchase it themselves. I've had no issues with the reel itself and it seems pretty sturdy.

Cute gift idea
Overall, I love my badge holder. It is sparkly and sturdy. Basically it appears to be a foam piece glued to a plastic badge reel. For the price and product, I am satisfied and would purchase again for nurse friends.

Broke, but was kindly replaced
great product, but broke only after wearing a couple wears. The owner saw my review and offered a refund and to ship me a new one!

Meh.
I like the unicorn design, it's very pretty. HOWEVER, it is a thin piece of felt? Hot-glued on to a badge reel. The uniform has no real stiffness on it's own and the horn was bent from shipping. I could (and did) straighten it out, but in my opinion that makes it very fragile for someone in a health-care position. Unsure if I will actually use it. :/ UPDATE: The seller refunded me for the badge reel, and has sent me a "better quality" reel in the mail. I will update again after I receive it.
