How far apart are the screw holes on this item ?

Left to right screwholes are 12-1/4 inches apart; upper to lower - exactly 2" The opening, by the way, is 11 inches by 1-3/4 and works well for a business sized slot. I had a hard time finding this and was VERY glad that I finally did. It prevents cold air from breezing through my door mail slot.
