We use them for salsa. Amazon does have seeds though so I would look up the seeds and use these for salsa or cooking with. **Q: What are the dimensions of each pod? Are the three different sizes?** A: The RED REAPER is roughly an in diameter dried and flattened. The SCORPION is probably 3/4 in. and the GHOST is about an inch long by by 1/2 inch wide. They are all dried out so I'm guessing they were at least 1/3 larger before drying.
