Great texture
I made a delicious Dal with these. Very good product. A little expensive for dry beans but its hard to break the bank with beans.

the only masoor dal i have had and it's good
I love red lentils and I love this product. Cannot buy locally and what I ordered on Amazon is fresh and clean lentils. Keep in tightly covered container after opening I suggest.

Love them!
Hubby was following a cleanse diet from the doctor and one of the recipes called for red lentils and our store was out of them.....after going to 4 stores and not finding any I decided to check Amazon. My husband loved the stew I made with them. They cook nice and quick.

This is good quality but found some glued chunks. Hopefully this is not problem of company but the third party supplier. It may be old ?
