Perfect for everything
I love this seasoning. Perfect for adding great flavor boost to everything really. Great with a little olive oil and bread for dipping as well. Use on meat or vegetables ,whatever goes with this great seasoning. Love!!

Great Mid Eastern spice
Just bought the spice again because I missed it it's an excellent Mediterranean spice I use on my chicken among other things that authenticity and freshness makes it a great idea for the money

Flavorful, but you have to use a lot.
It's not the most pungent Za'Atar spice, but it is good. I used a bit more than normal, and it's great that there is no salt added. I bake mine with sourdough and sprinkle with olive oil. Good product, great price. Can't beat that.

Great all purpose spice
Badia Za’atar Seasoning is tasty and salt free. It is a good addition to many foods.

It's ok
I developed a fondness for Za'atar while living in the Middle East. This is okay, but lacks the good sesame flavor I'm used to. It's a little bland as is. I also should have noted that this one has no salt. There are many types of za'atar (many households even make their own "signature" blends) but they always have salt as a key ingredient. Not a big deal to add my own but just for awareness sake. I guess they make it like this for those on a low sodium diet or something. It's close, but I would definately add salt. This will hopefully bring out more flavor. If you try this as is with nothing else or just olive oil you may be disappointed. This is kind of a "base" to which you could add your own desired ingredients - cumin, coriander, garlic, white or black pepper, lemon, even thyme or a little cayenne depending on what you're making. I like Badia products but if I had to order again I'd probably try a different brand.

Better than New York Za’atar seasoning
I liked Badia Za’atar better than New York Za’atar seasoning because it has stronger red sumac flavor compared to New York has green herbal flavor
