***Update!***Contacted their parts department. No response. Contacted Amazon and the woman I spoke with was super sweet and willing to help. Just in case you didn’t know, they can help get you what you need from Amazon, or help returning it. And no you don’t have to keep the box. Told her I would give it a couple more days to hear from Roundhill and then we’d go with Amazon to rectify the problem. So I contacted Roundhill’s customer service email and that did the trick! They didn’t reply, but I got confirmation that the parts were being shipped. They mailed out all the missing parts. It was about another week. Setup was easy. I only had one bolt that didn’t fit all the way in the hole in one of my chairs, but it’s well made. My husband was super impressed with the quality and how substantial the table top was. It is not a lip, the table top is really thick. It is a very nice looking table and the size really is perfect!*original post*Will update when I receive the missing parts for the table legs. It’s a beautiful well made table…just can’t use it disassembled. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We love it. Had a problem with one chair and they sent a replacement with no trouble. Solid table, comfortable chairs. Good customer service.

This table set is great! I've had it for several months now. Delivery was a puece if cake. I was able to put it together by myself. It looks beautiful. I get constant remarks on it. Table and chairs are not wobbly at all. Price point was beyond fair for what I got!

Love this table... pretty, functional, everyone can see everyone and talk while their eating... however it took a while to get it assembled. About 4 hours for one person or maybe a little longer... woulda been nice if I waited for my teen daughters and husband to get home to do it for me. :)

I'm very happy with this product. I wanted it for my breakfast room and it is perfect! We set it up very easily and provides the ambience that I wanted it to. It came in three separate boxes and set up was fairly easy. Very heavy make sure that you have someone help me bring it in.

We love the look and feel of the set, but after putting it together, the hardware started to fall out, a chair broke when sat in, the the entire set became wobbly. When we tried to tighten the hardware back up, it wouldn't tighten and just continued to fall out. Roundhill did send a replacement back for the chair that broke, but told us they could send a replacement set for all the issues we were having and we would have to deal directly with Amazon on that??? Basically, we will be fixing the table ourselves to ensure everyone's safety when using... Poor Customer Service from the Roundhill team and poor quality on the product itself!

We purchased this to replace our rectangular table so that we could get more space in our dining room. It is beautiful! Sturdy, heavy, and solid, but it was simple to assemble. It took my husband and I about 30-45 minutes to put together. It’s got a great farmhouse look with the grayish/brown distressed wood and I loved that the chairs have built in cushions. You won’t be disappointed with it!

It’s about a shade darker than I was expecting, but I still love it! It arrived on a pallet. Very well packaged. It’s very heavy, very sturdy, pretty easy to assemble. Definitely worth the money!
