Excellent cough drops/throat lozenges
I first tried Jakeman’s lozenges when I got Covid while traveling in Ireland. They worked very well for me, and I was pleased to find some of the Jakeman’s line available in the U.S. on Amazon.

Worked the first time I tried them.
I have tried quite a few different lozenges. This one I found in a store that had just opened up. So far the ones that I had tried I had to take over and over and my throat still felt sore. I tried Jakeman's the first time and couldn't believe how good I felt. I took it a while later and that was it. I think I'll stick with this one.

Does the trick, no aftertaste.
Found these on a trip initially, think in an airport terminal store. They do a really nice job and do not have an overly strong flavor and no unpleasant aftertaste. I can't find them locally so unfortunately have to pay more through an Amazon supplier to get them. Only reason not a 5 star rating is the price point, otherwise love them.

Perfect.
I found these in England when I had a quite sore throat but needed and wanted to continue travels. They did the trick. Soothed throat and lessened congestion. Did not irritate tongue as some drops do with repeated use. Wanted to find more before ran out of ones I brought back. Perfect.
