Spoon with holes - 11". Shortest spoon - 9-1/4". Spatula - 12-1/2". Fork & Spoon (Salad Utensils) - 10". Spatula with the wider top - 13"

Are these coated with anything?

They ARE NOT coated with anything. They are thick, have sturdy and beautiful quality wooden spoons. You do need to do as the seller says and put oil on before using. Whoever is saying they are coated with something must not know what they are talking about.

You say burnished and covered 3 times. What are they burnished and covered with?

Wipe the cooking oil, you can safely use it safely

What are these coated in? A friend of mine received these and they felt smooth like there was something on them. Can you please mention this?

It is a vegetable-specific varnish for kitchenware. After receiving, after cleaning, wipe the edible oil once, let it dry naturally, and then use it. Safe and safe to use.
