Doesn't fit all papertowels. Not universal like mentioned. Crazy return shipping costs
I got these to replace my old papertowel holders but they only take the special Tork papertowels because one side has a weird three prong fitting so universal towels wont stay on it. So youre stuck with the expensive paper towels. Also if you do want to try them out, I recommend getting one locally so you know you like it because the return shipping cost is almost the same price as the product itself.... If someone needs 4 in portland, or. Let me know......

Breaks after few weeks of use- do not buy
Stopped working after a few weeks- Tried to get a refund and was denied because it was outside of the return window. So if you don't want to spend a lot of money replacing this do not buy it.
