What is this comb made of????

Cellulose Acetate which is a polymer which makes it a plastic, but ita a very early plastic and one of the first used to replace bone to make combs over one hundred years ago

Does this comb come with a case?

No it does not, but it is a good quality comb! Highly recommend .

Is the pitch(spacing) between the teeth as fine as on 81T ?

I have a 77T and an FQT, and the teeth spacing is the same on those.

How does this work as a mustache comb?

It works fine. I also trim my mustache with it in company of an electric razor. There may be better combs for mustaches. I am not sure? This one seems fine enough for the purpose.
