I am 70 years old and do 22 minutes stationary bike avg HR 128 and the circuit train 20 mintues avg HR 130.Tired during and after, will this help?

I'm 71 and find that fatigue during exercise is primarily due to lack of hydration. I recommend 16 oz of electrolytes 10-15 mins before you start your exercise and keep a water bottle handy during. I rode 80 miles on my stationary bike in 4 hours a couple of years ago, and consumed a lot of fluids during the ride. I like Gatorade before a session (I want the carbs!) and Propel after - and of course, Gu at the recommended intervals. Ran 10 miles a couple of weeks ago using the same strategy, with Gu on waking, 5 mins before starting, at 3.5 miles, and again at 7 miles.

Is this formulation the original with 100% vitamins A and E?

Vitamins A and E are not in the current GU formulation. They were removed due to studies showing that consuming antioxidants during exercise slows your body's adaptation to that exercise. The vitamins still play key roles in a healthy diet, just not during exercise.
