Are these okay to use for tinctures and all? Are they food grade and airtight?

Kevin, these are NOT suitable for tinctures. They are NOT airtight, and volatile substances like alchohol and essesntial oils will EVAPORATE even when the bottle is sealed. They may be suitable for carrier oils, but I'd still pass. I do not know about food grade status. If your goal is to create and store tinctures, get a bottle with polycone cap.

Where are these bottles made? "Made in USA or Imported" is pretty broad...at least they're made on planet Earth somewhere. ;)
