Why is this puzzle $24.99 but the ones at Target are $12.99? Same puzzle size and pieces.

The target ones are bought in store only, and no one, including their workers, know which ones are coming in. Target boxes are smaller, but fancier boxes, and have a collectable trinket in them. The boxes that you randomly find for sale online are cheaper, bigger boxes with no collectable, but you are guaranteed that characters box. Targets are a limited run. They may or may not be available again.
