Very thin and easy to swallow (I was looking for tablets and not capsules, and was relieved that these were indeed tablets). I live in Michigan and greatly struggle with the cold, dry climate in the winter. I’m in my mid-thirties, so I don’t have a lot of joint pain, but I do have muscle pain, extremely dry skin, and excessively dry eyes, nose, sinuses, throat, etc. This is the FIRST product to ever help me relieve the dryness. I especially struggle with extremely dry sinuses at night while I sleep, and I’ve tried everything else (humidifiers, mists, hydrating mouth wash, saline nasal sprays, saline-based nasal moisturizing salves, Vaseline in my nose, etc). Nothing ever worked, or worked well enough to be worth the trouble. This has also helped me skin a lot. No matter what I slathered on (on the outside), or how much water I drank, my skin was always painfully dry in the winter. I’ve only been taking this for a week now, and I already see and feel a difference. I normally tend to give up on supplements if they’re hard to take (hard to swallow) if they don’t yield a significant enough result (and even then, I struggle, I have a very difficult time swallowing capsules and big pills), so this supplement’s tablet size makes it very easy to stick to taking it. The size is oval and average (not too small, not too big), but they’re very thin, and they’re very smooth so they glide down easy. And for the result they yield, they’re absolutely worth taking! I can’t wait to see the difference once I’ve been taking them for even longer. I used this daily. I’ve been using for 6 months. I will never use another brand bc none compare to this dosage, quality, purity, and value. My knee has torn meniscus. I did not want to do the surgery. Knee was coming out of socket DAILY. I was wearing brace daily. Within weeks, the knee was feeling better. Shortly thereafter, I was able to begin trusting my knee again. By a month, no more brace, knee had not been out of socket and was able to feel normal again and I “had my knee back.” I’m still rather shocked that my knee is fully functional now!!! NO SURGERY!my skin looks better, BONUS! And I’m still trying to wrap my head around this one.... I need a 4 level cervical surgery which, after 4 USA consults and 6 abroad consults, I lined up surgery (now postponed due to COVID) but i had a new MRI done here. All 10 doctors consulted said surgery was a must and no way to correct without surgery even stating the high risk of paralyzation (risk). Well.... upon review of new MRI... my neck improved. 1 US surgeon and 1 in France, neither knowing I took any supplements (bc generally supps are dismisses by medical establishment), but both were rather stumped that I need 3 levels now vs. 4 levels! Unexpected improvement in skin hydration and tone! I purchased this hoping it would help with knee pain (torn meniscus) as I really, really want to avoid surgery. After 10 days - no effect on the knee. BUT - definitely can see a positive change in my skin hydration.

I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees, with one extreme enough that I need a knee replacement. I learned about Hyaluronic Acid from my orthopedic surgeon via a shot they offered in my knee as an alternative to cortisone. They told me it usually doesn't work, but I could try it. Well for me, it worked amazingly! After a shot, I am pain free for about 4 months. The problem is that insurance only covers a shot every 6 months. I can handle the pain during the day, but the night pain was keeping me from sleeping. I needed to find relief other than popping ibuprofen. I did some research online and found studies that supported oral doses of HA at 300mg daily provided pain relief so I bought these. Within 24 hours, my knee pain went from an 8 to a 2. I didn't know it would work that quickly and it's continued to be effective, way more than glucosamine. With daily use, I'm almost completely pain free. Only two problems so far, both are easy to avoid... since it seems to be fast acting and it doesn't last in your system long you have to take it daily to keep up the benefit. Also, the directions advise to take with a meal. That is affirmative. I made the mistake and took it on an empty stomach and had severe pains and vomiting within 30 minutes. If you are suffering from joint pain, I would recommend trying these pills. It's a small price to pay (literally) that might give you a huge benefit.

I have been taking this supplement daily for over one year now, and my joint pain from aging [72] has diminished considerably over this period. I've also regained the ability to do deep knee bends and continue working on joint flexibility with little or no pain or inflammation. I've recommended it to a friend who had lumbar and hip joint pain, and he reported a similar improvement after taking this supplement. Given the quality of manufacture, along with high potency, this supplement is an excellent value for its price. This is not the first HLA supplement I've used, upon reading the reviews I felt this would be a worthy purchase. With the previous products I had no side effects at all. Came quickly. The pills themselves are a compressed oblong tablet (think Aspirin tablet) and easy to swallow. On the third dose I noticed a significant dizziness which I couldn't reason why it was happening, continued taking the supplement and dizziness got worse. Stop taking and within 3 days the dizziness subsided. Will wait two weeks off the supplement and then try again. FYI: online research renders: 'Possible Side Effects: Due to a lack of research, little is known about the long-term safety of hyaluronic acid supplements. However, a 2016 review of studies in the Nutrition Journal reported that, of the 13 clinic trials reviewed, no notable side effects were reported in any of the 760 participating men or women. This shouldn't suggest that oral hyaluronic acid is entirely free of side effects. When injected, hyaluronic acid is known to cause headaches, dizziness, itching, tingling, or swelling. The same could theoretically occur with oral hyaluronic acid, albeit mildly due to the lower dose. On rare occasion, hyaluronic acid can cause allergy. Since some forms of hyaluronic acid are derived from a rooster's comb, people allergic to chicken feathers, protein, or eggs should use the supplement with caution. (Other forms of hyaluronic acid are synthesized through bacterial fermentation.) Oral hyaluronic should be avoided in people with a history of cancer. According to a 2016 study in Clinical Drug Investigation, hyaluronic acid can promote cell growth and theoretically increase the risk of cancer recurrence. Ich habe dieses Produkt seit gut 3 Wochenich meine eine Wirkung zu spüren, obwohl mir mein Arzt erzählt hat das Hyauloron angeblich wie Vitamin C nicht vom Körper gespeichert wird, nichts desto trotz mag er damit Recht haben, wenn dem so ist muss man halt Hyauloron dauernd nehmen um das man beschwerdefrei ist.Ich werde es es mir auf jeden Fall weiterr kaufen. Die Wirkung dauert zwar ein paar Tage, aber dann spürt man es um so mehr! Die Gelenkschmerzen wurden bis heute spürbar weniger und ich meine eine wieder eine Gelenkigkeit in der Hüfte zu verspüren. Ingesamt denke ich in Kombi mit Sport zusammen ein Gutes Produkt!

I have used this product now for around two years and I can honestly say it really works, however after reading some of the bad reviews I was stupidly swayed to try a different brand of ' High Quality Hyaluronic acid tablets ' which I did. After 6 weeks of usage my knees started to ache, my ankles were cracking and I really didn't have the sense of well being I had felt before hand. I have now for the last 7 weeks been back on Pureclinica and I can honestly say no more aches and pains, my skin is looking healthier and more plump and I have my general felling of well being back. In my personal opinion I do not feel that the negative reviews given the product hold any weight whatsoever and I would wholly recommend Pureclinica for quality and value for money above any other brand.
