I had a small issue and the customer service that I received was unexpected and above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful and keen to help. They ended up replacing the umbrella which I was not expecting as I continued to use it because it still worked very well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was for an umbrella. I’ve received less helpful service from the Fruit company after spending thousands of dollars. The auto open close is convenient and I love that it inverts when closed which is perfect for getting unto public transport. I am picking up extras for my mom, sisters and my gym bag and have told everyone who will listen about the amazing product and service.
