This xylitol sweetener has a nice taste and is easy to incorporate in my drinks and baking recipes, making it versatile. It has no odor and dissolves well. This Xylitol pack is an excellent value. The 5-pound bag is a generous size and will last me a very long time. To keep it fresh, I transferred it to an airtight container and taped a couple of food-grade silica gel packs to the lid to help keep moisture out and prevent clumping. That storage method has worked well for me. The Xylitol dissolves easily, which makes it very convenient to use. It also tastes great and has a strong sweetness, so I only need to use a small amount at a time. I primarily use it as a sugar substitute, but I also use it as a mouth rinse to help reduce bacteria in my mouth and support cavity prevention. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality, taste, and value of this product and would definitely buy it again.

This birch sourced xylitol is excellent for hot & cold beverages, baking & for oral health in DIY toothpaste & for mouth rinsing. I've purchased several brands of xylitol however this one proves superior; especially since it's non-gmo, from birch wood & not corn.

Ok. I used this in a recipe for bread that I had found. The recipe was for a bread machine making low carb bread. I was skeptical of how it would taste with other sweeteners. I was happy that it didn’t have any funny after taste.

It was important to me that I have the xylitol from the Birch tree. This is a superior product and I just put it in my magic bullet or a coffee grinder to grind it up very fine and it then makes a perfect icing sugar that's good for your teeth.... mixed with unsweetened cocoa, you get the magnesium from the cocoa plus the sweetness of sugar ( xylitol) which is actually good for your teeth and gums..... so combined with the fact that this xylitol does not come from corn but is a derivative of the bark from the birch tree.....this is a great way to get nutrition into the tastes amazing who says you can't have your cake and eat it too
