I figured Gran Compe would conform to Campy standards - but as it turns out Gran Compe conforms to Shimano sizing standards, Gran Compe has its own sizing standards, or perhaps Campy sizing has changed over the years. Regardless, I had to sand and file down the nut along its circumference for it to fit into my Gran Compe brakes. A dremel with a grinding stone attachment made pretty easy work. So now the brakes fit and I'm happy I took the time to make it so! Because these brakes are great!
