what is the expiration date?

That varies, depending on the batch date when the capsules were produced, just like with all pharmaceuticals. The batch of capsules I bought three months ago is going to have a different expiration date than the batch of capsules I would buy today.

Where are the ingredients made/manufactured/from?

Earth !! Other than that, no clue. The bottle does not indicate a source of the ingredients or where they are manufactured.
