Bromelain absolutely works to fade bruising
Bromelain is far superior to Arnica when it comes to fading bruising, especially from surgical or cosmetic procedures. It can be a little tough on your stomach, especially if you don't eat enough or drink enough water with it. But I have used it several times after different procedures, and I recommend it to everyone I know.

Best to take before and after surgery:)
Best stuff to take 10 days before surgery and two weeks after!! I had minimal swelling and bruising after I had a med facelift. Took these and arnica before surgery. 🩷🤙

No more eye floaters!
Age early 60s, eye floaters became worse. Did research online, Bromelain was quite notable so I decided to try. Within 2 days floaters reduced, end of week 1 maybe 2 floaters, week 2 floaters vanished. Close to end of second bottle, RARELY see a floater, extremely pleased, that speaks of quality. No issues taking with other meds. Capsule easy to swallow, very affordable price, I am a customer for life!

I have purchased this several times. I take several supplements so I can't tell if this one works better than the others or if it makes a difference. I do know when I don't take all of my supplements for a few days I can tell the difference.
