Hindu sheen has a lotion like consistency, so don't use a lot because it won't curl correctly or at all. Curls last a few days. You can recurl using a little water and re-rolling. Finally found this on Amazon!

I've looked all over the internet and finally found Hindu Sheen on Amazon. Couldn't believe it. Anyway, I used to use this back in the 80s and 90s and all of sudden it disappeared at my local stores. The one I had used before was the concentrated version in the small container, but this works just as good when rolling up my hair. The key is not to use too much, and once you figure out how much to use it works perfectly. Thanks for carrying this product!

Hair setting lotion

It does set the curls. When I do not use it - my curls fall out before leaving the house. I have natural hair; trying to stay away from too much heat while my hair has been pressed. I has done a good job.
