Austin Rustic Western Southwest Native American Thermal Insulation Window Treatment Grommet Curtain Set - Austin Curtains (Brown, Thermal)

First of all, a friend of mine bought me a an early birthday gift a quirky rug. I found it was an indoor outdoor rug . After bringing it home, I loved how it matched the inside of my living room and made it look brighter so instead of putting it on my deck, I put it in my living room. At first I thought it looked a little quirky, but the more I looked at it, the more I absolutely fell in love with it. Then I realized I had no curtains to match! So I got on Amazon and searched for bright Native American style curtains with orange and turquoise colors, and these popped up. The moment I saw them, I knew they were exactly what I wanted. When they arrived, I tossed them in the dryer for a few minutes to get the wrinkles out, hung them up, and wow they completely transformed my room. They may not perfectly “match” my rug, but together they look amazing and pull everything together beautifully. The colors are vibrant and warm, and they really brighten up the whole room. I also love how these curtains let in just enough light. They block the harsh bright sun without making the room feel dark and gloomy. The material is exceptional quality not thin or cheap feeling at all. They have a nice weight to them and appear to be very well made. One thing I really appreciated is that the pattern lines up nicely from one curtain panel to the next, which makes them look even more high-end. I originally bought two sets for my front window, and I loved them so much that I ordered two more sets for my back sliding door. I just hung those up today, and I couldn’t be happier. I think they’ll work wonderfully year-round heavy enough to help keep the cold out during winter and the hot sun out during summer. Another thing I really appreciated was the price. They weren’t dirt cheap, but they also weren’t outrageously expensive either. In my opinion, they were worth every penny for the quality, appearance, and how much they transformed my room. My taste has always leaned toward Native American, western, cowboy, horses, and rustic décor, and these curtains fit my style perfectly. I am beyond pleased with this purchase and absolutely love how everything came together.

Just got the curtains and put them up. I was worried because the ad calls these curtains brown and the reviews are unclear, but one picture in the reviews does show them as orange. I am grateful for that pic in the reviews. Well these curtain colors are pretty much just like the ad shows. There is no brown by any stretch. There is some dark red, but it can not be viewed as brown. Even the package they came in says "Austin Brown". These are beautiful bright red orange and turquoise. The design is beautiful too. Some light comes through and that is good for me. They do have a cloth backing that will keep out some cool air and that is what I wanted too. I am very, very happy with these curtains. I dont have any idea why they listed them as brown. Maybe someone is color blind?

Wonderful curtains great fabric hangs beautifully

Like the pattern and colors. Like others have said they don't line up perfectly but it is hard to see with the folds as they are hanging. Definitely not blackout and I question their thermal effectiveness.

They look nice in my bedroom open or closed. I bought 2 pair (so a total of 4 panels) as I have a long wall to wall bedroom window. The thermal backing helps keep the heat out when the Arizona sun hits the windows. It also helps darken the room. The stitching looks to be well done, the material seems to be cut and aligned evenly. The first pair I bought went in my living room and I am pleased with them as well. I've seen reviews mentioning that the color fades quickly after even just one washing. I ordered the blue/brown color for my bedroom and one of the pair was faded quite a bit on arrival, and in a bag that obviously was a return item. I returned them to Amazon who were great about handling the replacement pair that arrived quickly and were bright solid colors. But clearly it seems that fading when washing might be a real problem. I might look into dry cleaning or see what laundry experts advise before I ever wash these. If I encounter a problem, I will update this review.

These curtains far exceeded what I expected for the price. They are lined (I picked the thermal variety) and appear to be well made. The colors are vibrant and the pattern is "sophisticated southwest." Because my windows are very tall and narrow, I am only using one curtain per window (they come in a pair) and it is ample coverage. I could not be happier with this purchase. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised! Of all the purchases I have made over the years on Amazon these thermal curtains are my all time favorite. I absolutely love these curtains. They have a nice weight and are beautiful. Colors of orange coral deep burgundy reds light blue brown beige. I got the the pillow covers too that are seen on the bed. So proud of this purchase.
