High quality, nice taste and color
I was pleasantly surprised by this matcha! The powder is a beautiful, vibrant bright green, which is always a good sign of freshness. The flavor is smooth, earthy, and well-balanced without being overly bitter. Compared to other matcha powders I’ve used, this one was a little harder to dissolve with a handheld milk frother. However, when I switched to a traditional bamboo whisk, it mixed much more easily and produced a smooth, clump-free drink. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and taste. I would definitely purchase this matcha again and recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful, high-quality matcha.

Bright green color and amazing umami taste!
This matcha powder is one of the best I’ve had!! Definitely beginner friendly but also if you’ve been doing matcha for a while, I highly suggest this one!! The color is beautiful and bright and the taste is umami! It’s not too bitter either, and if you put a little bit of your favorite sweetener, it balances out so nicely. It’s on sale at the moment so I recommend you get a tin!! Great price for how much it has. So much better than the Naoki brand. Please please get this matcha.

Buy it!
I’ve tried a lot of Matcha over the years and this one by far is really good quality but also really great taste. Primarily use it to make Matcha lattes and it does not disappoint.

Not bad, but not as good as I expected
The matcha has a vibrant green color and looks very appealing. The taste is good, with a robust tea flavor and a fairly pronounced bitterness that makes it suitable for lattes. However, the powder is extremely clumpy and requires sifting before use; otherwise, you’ll end up with a grainy drink. Overall, it’s a decent but unremarkable matcha. I likely won’t buy it again, as there are several better-quality brands in the same price range.

Best matcha ever
This is the best matcha I have ever used! They no longer sell it in my local grocery store, but this is such a smooth matcha. It smells so good, it taste so fresh and last a long time when refrigerated. This tin size goes a long way and it blends well with any milk as well as espressos.

Wow! Matcha you can chew!!...
Use a strainer unless you like Matcha you can chew. It's lumpy. The flavor is complex not grassy or bitter. Just a bit above average but the jury is still out. Ill have to buy it again to make sure I like it if that tells ya anything. ..SO, after further tasting and consideration I had to amend my review and lower to Two Stars. Vey lumpy and grainy even after sifting. It's almost like it's damp. I won't be buying this again. Also, although not bitter it lacks the warm, savory, illusive umami flavor so appealing and inherent in good Matcha tea.

Buen sabor!!
Muy buen producto, solo que luego se le hacían muchas bolitas, se tiene que tamizar si o si. Me gustó mucho, lo malo es que pagué $500 y ahora está en $1000 😅😅

The best matcha I've found to-date
The color is bright, vibrant green, not dark green. Great flavor w natural sweet taste, not bitter, grassy or fishy. Blends really well (I sift into a milk frother w milk for matcha lattes). By far my favorite matcha, such a joy to drink every morning. Wish it was just a little bit better priced, but still overall great value. I've tried Matcha Ninja (not ceremonial, very greige green not bright green like their marketing pictures, no taste, I have to add 4-5x the amount to get some color and flavor). Do Matcha Organic Summer Harvest is good but not as good as Aiya's; the color is not as bright but has a nice flavor. DavidsTea organic Ceremonial is also good, good flavor, great color, but a lot more expensive.

GREAT TASTING CEREMONIAL MATCHA
WELL.....LET ME TELL YOU, THIS IS A GREAT TEA. NEVER DRANK MATCHA TEA BEFORE BUT DID A LOT OF INQUIRY ON IT. THIS MATCHA....BEST WAY I CAN DESCRIBE IS...LIKE DRINKING BLACK TEA, NOT TEA BAGS....BUT BLACK LOOSE LEAF TEA...DROPPED IN A POT AND BOILING WATER POURED OVER TOP....STEEPED....THE WAY IT WAS DRUNK WHEN I WAS GROWING UP. NO BITTERNESS.....SMOOTH....GREEN MATCHA. NOW YOU DO HAVE TO GET ADJUSTED, BECAUSE DRINKING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH CAN LEAVE YOU KINDA NAUSEOUS. PUT YOUR MATCHA THRO A SIFTER, GET YOUR WHISK AND WATER, PRE-BOILING POINT, AND WHISK TILL FROTHY. THIS MATCHA HAS GOOD FROTH, RIGHT TO THE END AND DISSOLVES COMPLETLY WHEN PUT THRO A SEIVE. SIT BACK AND SIP, SLOWLY ENJOYING THE COMPLEXITY OF FLAVOUR WITHIN THAT PERFECT GREEN TEA MIXTURE. I NEVER DRINK MATCHA AFTER 2:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.....WITH THE AMOUNT OF CAFFIENE, I DO WANT TO SLEEP AT NITE.....after all I'm 73 years old. ENJOY A CUPPA!
