This is amazing if it’s not like processed Cocoa or Swiss Miss, it’s actual tasty rich delicious cacao. It is now the only thing I will use in any of my keto recipes. It feels good to know that it’s not full of a bunch of garbage.

I especially like that I can get all of that from natural food rather than from a pill. The flavor is rich, earthy, and chocolatey. It has a bitter taste since it’s 100% cacao. I add it to my morning coffee with some blackstrap molasses, which makes a great-tasting drink and adds the health benefits of both coffee and blackstrap molasses. So, it creates a power trio for me.

I love the taste of this cocao so much. It really improves my morning cup. I just wish it would mix completely. This is after a ton of stirring and I swirl it before I drink. I'm always left with wasted product in the bottom. That or a big surprise in my mouth at the end. Other than that, I love this so much. I'm not sure of the benefits though. Haven't noticed anything there. Just tastes like good cocoa powder.

We all know fermented foods are good for us, and we love this one, it's an addition to our daily protein shake. Truthfully it has such a wonderful earthy fragrance, I'd almost buy it just to smell it. I've also used it in making no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies rather than using cocoa powder and it has worked great. It's a staple item in my pantry. Order a couple of bags, use it and then subscribe to it. Our family loves this company's products and have been using them for years.

I have this every morning in my coffee and feel it's improved my memory substantially. Takes the place of sweeteners
