Needed an easily accessible trauma pack for my car. Not had to use it yet but it looks like it'll do the job.

Fairly cheap materials combined together to create a ‘lifesaving’ kit.All together I think each item does the job, thankfully I’ve only used the scissors to date.The face mask and tourniquet are basic to use and there if I need it.However the pouch to keep all of it in was very cheap and broke within 2 weeks on my kit belt.But considering how inexpensive the product is, I’d say it was a good buy.All in all 5/10

The equipment feels very cheap and the molle pouch don't even fit on molle it self as the strap is way to short

It is cheap and cheerful compared to the proper thing. Let’s get one thing straight first, Thankfully I have not had to use this in anger but I would not trust my life to it. I have a Official CAT gen 7 already and am putting a trauma kit together at the moment. I bought this because the citizen IFAK kit I bought (excellent by the way) did not have medical shears and I wanted a second backup tourniquet as part of the kit and one that I could deploy separately from the main kit (think carry this kit on person/bag every day) so I thought this would be good and being a medical device the manufacturer would not be silly enough to make a poor one. First the instructions are terrible compared to the CAT ones. Broken English tiny images and images that do not reflect the product. So If you have no training with one the instructions will not help you very much.Second it is supposed to work either as a single handed or two handed operation and as a straight forward buckle lashing strap but with the buckle only having one gate it does not allow thisThird it is not made to the same standard and strength as the North American CAT I observed in testing that both the bar and the buckle/plate sub assembly bent and twisted under pressure making me question both the plastic‘S strength and the stitching’s strength and ability to not break or tear under strainSo all in all it’s cheap and substandard in make up and so only good as a training aid or instruction tool. The pouch is and shears are good but I would not want to bet my life on it (or someone else’s) and will use it as a secondary in case the primary one does not stem blood flow enough. If you want to be sure it will save a life buy the proper one not a cheap imitation which is exactly what this isA CHEAP IMITATION
