Terrible construction
The contents of the book are terrific. I bought it in conjunction with a DVD of the same title by the same author, and it too was great. The book itself however, started falling apart as soon as I opened it, and has degraded to barely a hardcover folder with all loose pages. If I didn't love the techniques and recipes I wouldn't be able to conjure up a single star for this book.
