Wow! That about summarizes how I feel about this product. We bought a white couch that obviously comes with the risk of it getting spots of dirt, but I really wanted it for the clean aesthetic. I saw this product and the great reviews and considering the price, I figured I have nothing to lose, I’ll just give it a try. I sprayed as indicated on the spot you can see in the “before” picture I attached and let it sit for five minutes then I wiped it with a clean damp rag - the spot disappeared like it wasn’t there to begin with ! (After pic attached). Not to mention this spray also smells really nice like clean linen so it functions like a fabric freshener as well. My main concern was if it was going to stain the white fabric (this is a $4K couch so I took my chances with this..) I can confirm there is no ring of dirt or stain left behind whatsoever. It did not affect the color nor the texture of my couch. It is just perfectly clean! I will recommend this amazing spray to anyone that will listen!! Buy it.

Works well on new stains but not so well on old ones. I had a butter stain on a dark brown leather couch. Two applications removed the dark stain, but now the whole area is a little darker.

I recently knocked a cup of Earl Grey tea onto my favorite reading chair! The fabric is a "washable" cotton linen with a leaf design. Some of the leaves are velvet. It was an expensive chair and this product removed all of the tea stain including the brown edges/water marks of the stain. I received the Resolve next day and followed their instructions to the letter. I did NOT oversaturate the tea stain, I did NOT rub a cloth into the stain after applying the Resolve. I sprayed the tea stain with a light even spray of Resolve as directed, waited 5 minutes and then gently but thoroughly blotted the stain with a folded white cotton dish towel blotting from the edges of the stain towards the center. I kept folding my blotting towel over, gently but briskly blotting it until it was nearly dry. I did this spray/blot routine 4 times making sure my blotting towel was clean. I went through two cotton towels to block the stain that covered an area of about 12 in. x 10 in. I am not the most patient person and did not think that I was going to get the entire stain up, especially the water stain along the edges...BUT this Resolve is a miracle worker! It got the tea stain completely out without creating a new water stain, even AFTER waiting for the Resolve delivery to arrive the next day. All I did right after the tea stain happened was take white folded paper towels and blot it repeatedly trying to get as much moisture out as I could. I think this helped a lot so it didn't allow too much of the tea to sit/seep in overnight. Regardless, the Resolve came to the rescue and removed all of the stains!
