Hair Remover Seaweed Leg Mask, Depilatory, 8 Oz Bottle

I have EXTREMELY coarse & dark hair against a FAIR skin tone. I have tried Nair products before but never really kept using due to sensitive skin. I LOVE the way this smells & so far, no reactions. I was skeptical because this was a much needed shave, not an in between! I only thought to take before pics after I had mask on. But hopefully you can see. I did miss a spot on my left leg side, but that's easily fixed. I applied, set a timer for 10 minutes & prepped a bucket of warm water to rinse cloth in while removing cream. I held the wash cloth TIGHT at both ends! I found that helped to take it off instead of cupping the cloth with my palm. VERY smooth legs. I am prone to razor bumps unless I use a pre shave, a shave & after shave lotion. This is the ONLY product I have seen a commercial for & IMMEDIATELY bought. I am SO happy & hope I can use this moving forward. I will update review if i have any problems!! Highly recommended!

I'd never tried any Nair products before because I'd heard horror stories; so I was intimidated. But! This product worked very well for me. I will say you need to apply a pretty thick coat and leave it on maybe a couple minutes longer than they say to (12ish minutes instead of exactly 10, provided your patch test worked out), and it smells pretty strong. Each bottle, at least for me, contains maybe 1.5 uses, but for less than $8 that's a fairly good deal. I'm very used to getting a Lot of ingrown hairs from shaving and this product didn't give me that issue at all! Overall I'm very pleased. My hair started growing back a couple days later as usual but it isn't extra coarse or irritated like I was worried about. All that being said, my skin isn't particularly sensitive- if yours is, maybe avoid, just based on the stronger chemicals in their ingredients.

The cream actually doesn’t smell bad at all. I leave it on for 12 minutes. I know the directions say 5-10 but I notice with the two extra minutes I have less stubble. The only reason I didn’t give this product 5 stars is because I have to touch up some areas that have some stubble. It definitely moisturized my legs. Also I found that shaving and other creams I’ve tried made my legs itch uncontrollably to the point where I need to put ice packs on them to get rid of the itch. This product gave me zero itch! Which is a major plus to me. It also softened the hair as they grew back and wasn’t nearly as sharp as if I shaved. And slowed the hair growth process down. Overall I’m really pleased with this product.

I normally am not ever able to get a clean shave cause I have eczema so I decided to try this out. I got lazy and hadn't shaved for months so my leg hair was pretty long and it took it right off. I made sure to read the instructions and it said not to have any product on your skin for more than 10 minutes so as soon as I started applying I set a timer. I wiped it off and it was amazing. My legs have never been so smooth. I did use almost the whole bottle for my legs, but I'm sure I can use the rest for my armpits or other small parts in the body. I just did it today so I don't know what the grow back looks like but I will try to update. There was a very light chemical smell but that is to be expected. Overall I am very happy with this product

Okay, so here’s the thing. I don’t dislike this product, but I don’t really like it either. I’ve used this product twice now, and the first time it didn’t remove any hair on my legs; I think I needed to apply a thicker layer of it, so that was probably my fault. The second time I put significantly more on, which required me to use about a quarter of the bottle, and it did remove most of the hair although not quite all of it. It took absolutely forever to remove, which made me wish I had chosen to just shave instead. Does it do what it’s advertised to do? Mostly, yes - it does remove most of the hair, and I think it probably exfoliates the skin a little, but it didn’t moisturize my skin. It took a long time to remove, and it left a residue on my hands which proved impossible to remove and caused my hands to become red and tingly for 10 minutes afterwards. Putting a thick enough layer on also requires using a significant amount, which leads me to believe that it won’t last longer than 4 uses. The one pro to this is that I didn’t have to worry about getting a cut or razor burn from shaving. I’ll use the remainder of the product I have, but it isn’t worth the money in my opinion. Edit: A couple hours afterward I noticed that the backs of my thighs were red and felt like they had a mild sunburn. I assume this is because it took so long to wipe all of the skin mask off that the backs of my legs had the mask on too long. Again, kind of my fault but also a frustrating aspect of the product. If it takes 10 minutes to burn off the hair and then I had to spend another 10 minutes just trying to wipe it off, there’s no real way to avoid some kind of chemical burn.

The Nair Leg Mask and hair remover worked great for me. Its been 7 months since I've shaved my legs because I was growing it out to decide if I wanted to wax or not, plus, it was winter. Lol. I followed the directions and only left it on for 10 minutes, and when I wiped it off and rinsed my legs, they were as smooth as a baby's bottom!!! If I could give this product 10 stars, I would!

I’ve never used a product like this before, I’ve always just shaved my leg… or ya know didn’t shave at all. Got this product and tried it same night. I did the test patch to be sure it didn’t irritate my skin and it didn’t so I proceeded to lather up both legs. Since it was my first time it definitely could have gone better, some parts were thicker and other parts were thinner so that’s what I chalk up to the random hairs that Stuck around but I’ve noticed that while drying my legs with a towel more and more hair fell away! I would recommend that if you do the test patch wait a day before doing the rest because that area got coated again(couldn’t find a way around it) and it’s a little sensitive now but that my fault, the bottle say do not exceed 10 mins and that spot got way more than 10 total so that’s on me! Definitely what I needed since I hate taking the time to shave my leg this was SO much faster without razor burn or cuts 100% recommend! Ps the smell is terrible, it smells like you’re at a salon and someone is getting a perm… but deal with it for 5-10 mins okay?

No irritation or redness, the hair wiped right off, and my skin feels super smooth and soft afterward. Texture: Creamy, so it's easy to apply. Not super liquidy so it drips off, but also not so thick that it's hard to spread it out. Smell: We all know there's going to be *some* smell, so the fact that it kind of smells faintly of someone in another room getting a perm is no big deal.

Nair Leg Mask works great to remove leg hair and stubborn leg stubble quickly. The results are impressive. My skin was super soft and moisturized. This is a great product! Second tube.
