Had issues with the device holding a charge. The company responded quickly to all my emails and promptly sent me a replacement. Overall great customer service!

Bought this for my step daughter so it really only gets used about 4-8 days a month. It runs really slow the battery is awful. The charger it came with, did not work and I had to buy a new one for it. It’s been two months and it now won’t turn on. This thing is horrible and a huge waste of money. Thankfully it wasn’t too much but definitely not even worth the little bit that it does cost.

Great quality, easy for my grandson to use. He loves it. Like the screen protection and function. Good storage capacity. The only thing I don't like is there are no instructions on how to use some of the sites, such as deleting unwanted pictures.

This lasted my kid about a year before the screen was having issues. Not sure why it was losing its touch capabilities but it was starting to become unusable. Was having issues with the parental options. The apps were becoming annoying and had to keep restarting it because it would block the apps that were unblocked. On top of that it was just slow. Battery life was about 3-4 hours which is pretty good i guess and it charges in about an hour. This isnt bad for a starter pad but you will have to make sure your kid is able to use it properly.

Worked great til my toddler broke the screen. It held up for awhile before that happened and we also didn't have a screen protector on it so we will own that. I liked the parental features and kid friendly apps. Speed was slow sometimes but also to be expected.

My 6 year old loves it. No lagging and the cover is supports the tablet

The media could not be loaded. I bought this tablet a few months a go. Then one day the settings stopped working. Every time I tried to connect to WIFI I got a message ''Settings keeps stopping''. The first solution I tried was to factory reset the tablet but that did not solve the problem.When you factory reset, the next time you switch the tablet on, you are required to register the tablet as new and the first step is to connect to WIFI. still ''Settings keeps stopping'' message.Like a good customer, I contacted pritom-tech support team. They suggested I connect to another network (it didn't work) or I facory reset (Which I had already done without success).I even sent them the same video I have attached here. They seems like they are unable to solve this problem (I don't understand why because it doesn't look like a complex issue ).I now have a useless tablet.My question: 1) who has experienced this issue and how did you solve it.2) Who has a link where I can download pritom firmware (I would like to try FLASHING the tablet).Note: Pritom tablet Firmware is not available on their official website.I suggested to the support team to help me with the firmware but they no longer respond to my emails.I have given this tablet 2 stars because It worked well initially but it is useless at the moment. I will add more stars if the support team helps me to solve this problem.
