If the input is 4K will it deliver 1080p at the outputs or will it simply not work?

It will deliver 1080P to the destination. This is used in our church to deliver the same sharp image to 3 different TV's without video degradation at a distance of 100ft

What are the specs of the power supply, volts and amps?

All the specs are on the website. I have used about 4 splitters & they all failed inside a year. I love this unit. I have a 4-K Comcast cable box that feeds it. There's no loss of HD picture. What impresses me is no audio lag. If I unplug a TV I just hit reset or unplug it to resync audio. I have all high-end HD & one 4-K TV supported with this unit. Knock on wood anything that uses HDMI usually fails in about a year. just replaced my A/V receiver for the third time in less than 10 years You will like it if you use quality Cat,6, or Cat7. my longest run is about 60 ft. all my smaller runs are Cat,6 Bought my cables from Cable Mart. They custom make if needed.

Is it 165' per connection, or 165' divided among all connections?
