Why can't you give me a discount on shipping if I order more of the same product?

You'll still have to pay Amazon whatever shipping charges they apply to your order, but PrimoPerfume is more than happy to refund the difference. And here's a tip for you. Many merchants you find here have their own separate store, and I bet most of them would be more than willing to work with you. It's a lot easier to do that when dealing with them directly.
