I'm guessing it's been too long to get my money back.EDIT: Upon receiving this review, the manufacturer took it upon themselves to mail us a new product. We will update when we have had a chance to use it.UPDATE: I got it. It worked for a while but every time I used it my phone would disable the keyboard. Now the selfie stick won't power on at all. My two day shipping got here right on time and I could follow the transaction the whole way. It's easy to use and fun to take pictures with friends. The only thing that I could partially complain about is it doesn't really fit my iPhone 6+ with the full body otter box on it. Other than that I love it! Ps. It snaps your photo easily and faithfully so that you capture the shot first try.I have however, had issues with powering on and off even after reading the instructions on holding the button for a couple of seconds.
