I use it internally and externally on hair and face.With other brands of amla, mixing with water to make a hair or face mask, it would be really really clumpy and impossible to apply. This amla mixes with water into a very smooth consistency. I stir in just enough water to make it the consistency of yogurt. Apply it as a facial mask for about twenty minutes then rinse off thoroughly. Same with hair. I absolutely love how my hair looks after using it! My hair is incredibly soft and the waves are very clearly defined with no frizz at all.Internally, I mix a half teaspoon in water and drink it every morning. I'm not sure why but it seems to give me some energy and just makes me feel good somehow. Within approx. 30 minutes (or less), I had to vomit. Not sure exactly if this product was the cause, but I felt better immediately after I left the bathroom.
