I’ve been using this product for YEARS and I’m a beauty professional. I’ve always had good results and happy customers BUT, do not let it sit for 10-15 minutes like it suggests. I usually start with 5 minutes for a hair color but not skin tint and up it to 7 minutes for more intense color and skin tint. I did the recommended time of 10 minutes the first time and it was so incredibly dark. Always go less time and wait 24 hours to reapply if you want darker intensity

As a PMU artist (Studio XXII in San Antonio, TX) this product works great! I've been tempted to tattoo my own eyebrows, but opted for this instead. I used dark brown, the remover to help keep shape correct, and a light brush stroke at the heads of the brows for more of a ombre effect. My husband says they look great. Tip ladies, for darker tint...wait 10 mins after first tinting then tint again (as stated on the instructions). I did this on the tails of my brow to help with definition.

I have looked into microblading for my very light, thinning eyebrows, but it’s SO expensive. This product is a terrific way to achieve the results I wanted. I would have given this product five stars except for the poor directions and the lack of an applicator tool. PROS: - RELATIVELY easy to use. The results exceeded my expectations. - Very inexpensive. The box includes enough product for multiple applications, and each application lasts five weeks. CONS: - The process itself is pretty simple, but the directions seem as if they’ve been translated - poorly. - The directions refer to a “tint brush” you should use as an applicator, but it isn’t included. I read the Q&A on this site to learn that you could use a lipstick brush or a similar tool as an applicator. (I used an eyeliner brush, and it worked great.) - It has been quite a long time since I have colored my hair at home, so this process was unfamiliar to me. I learned pretty early in the process (the hard way) to use plastic gloves. I know that’s basic, but I wish that had been in the directions.

Luego de aplicarlo durante un tiempo en mi salón este tinte ha resultado ser el más popular de las marcas que he utilizado. Siento que lo piden por el resultado natural y la durabilidad, cuando va cayendo no cambia de tono, solo se suaviza. Hay que tener varias cosas en cuenta como el correcto guardado del producto residual, las medidas correctas para su aplicación y la técnica, de lo contrario no funciona, pero con la profesional indicada esto es un producto estrella! Lo recomiendo.

I’ve been purchasing this product for a couple of years now and always got good results - a subtle stain that looked natural. Never had a reaction to the powder. The packaging changed a couple of months ago and evidently so has a the product. First time I used the powder that came in the new packaging, I noticed the mixture foaming up. When I applied it to my brows, I noticed after a few minutes, my skin starting to tingle. Tingling gradually got worse, then turned into an itching and burning sensation. I rinsed with cool water and noticed that the stain wasn’t subtle, it was as dark as before I washed off the product, as if I had taken a sharpie to my face. The next day, the skin around my brow hairs started to flake and itch. I noticed patches of skin where there used to be hair. Something about the product has definitely changed. Burning, itching and hair loss was never a thing before the packaging changed.

Esthetician here! This is my first time using henna. I was Elated when I learned about the staying power of henna. I HAD to offer the service to my clients. Long story short, this product made my client’s brows look beautiful. I am excited to see how long they will stay! Great henna to start with! Super easy to use.

I just got it today and i tried following the instructions it works perfect as expected ! Im an esthetician student and so far this is my favorite Henna brand!!!
