Came in perfect condition. Some reviews concerned me. But it came undamaged. (during high heat Temps also)

Arrived damaged
This product works well, however, when I opened it, the lip balm was broken in half. I can still use it so I’m not sending it back. Very annoying.

Broken product
I love this product, am pretty obsessed and was so happy to find it on Amazon. Unfortunately, like all of the other customers, my lip conditioner came broken in half and stuck to the lid.

When I opened the Lip Conditioner it was broken.

Too soft
The first order I received in the mail was broken in half. I returned it and got a replacement. The second order, broke in half as well when I barely touched it to my lips. It is way too soft and hard to use without breaking.
