The War Thunder wizard for joystick control lists this joystick so all you do is import that file in the wizard and you are good to go. You can change control inputs in the Options/Control panel to change to whatever you might want to use. War Thunder recognizes this joystick each and every time I login to the game with it. I have no clue why the other person can't get his to work. Mine works perfectly and has from the day I plugged in the USB connection to the PC. To save changes - make your changes and then, while still in War Thunder, look down to the bottom left side (while in the menu where you made the changes) and you will see three tabs - "wizard", 'Export file", 'Import file'. Just hit export and save (label it also if you want) and it will be saved automatically to the correct War Thunder folder.
