Is this product good for African American skin?

Sure...I'm Black with combination/dry skin and I love this cleanser.

Would you recommend this for combination skin (slightly oily t-zone and normal cheeks)?

I would! Thats pretty much what I have my nose and forhead get slightly oily, where as my cheeks are dry. You still need to moisturize but it helped a lot with my pores and acne.
