Can't live without my butter clicker!!!
I've ordered several butter clickers and use multiple times everyday. I've given as gifts and dropped and broken them. Four clicks is a tablespoon of butter. One click is 3/4ths of a teaspoon and enough butter for a piece of toast. The thickness is perfect for me. We enjoy baked potatoes and the butter clicker is so convenient to use. However, I keep my clicker in the fridge and the butter is not spreadable from the refrigerator. If you forget and leave the clicker out, the butter will soften and drop down and make a mess--so just remember to place in fridge. Once you start using, you'll be hooked. I just love my butter clicker!!!

Looks Impressive !!
The idea of slicing off a small pat of butter with the ease of squeezing the handle of the amazing butter slicer sounds impressive. After washing and putting it back together I inserted a brand new stick of refrigerated butter. It did not fit properly, so after much finagling I finally have it ready to go. I was able to squeeze the trigger once, it sliced off a Fresh pat of cold butter on a delicious piece of toast. I went to squeeze again, nothing happened. It appears that the stick of butter did not slide down or advance to the next slot to be cut. After playing with it 30-45 minutes, I have determined that the concept is nice but the functionality is not. Some of my other family members have also tried it and were also unsuccessful in obtaining a little pat of butter. Instead of returning the item, I have decided to keep it as an entertainment device to put on the table when we eat dinner or other food functions as other family members and friends try to use it unsuccessfully as well. I am looking forward to smiling and looking at my watch to see how long they will try unsuccessfully as well before getting frustrated and finally giving up. This cheap entertainment device will bring many more smiles to my face as I chuckle and think to myself why I didn’t invent something like this. So if you’re looking to be entertained, look no further and buy one today !!!

Make toast in a jiffy with no mess
It’s a little hard to squeeze but I love how fast and easy you can make toast.

Butter cutter.
Ok. Took me a few minutes to work with this. If you are looking to automatically cut small pats, this machine works very well and I’m happy with that. But, these are my caveats: 1) do not leave this out on the counter or wherever and allow the butter to get soft or melt. It will go all over. There is nothing to protect the bottom of the butter stick from moving through the bottom. 2). Butter picks up every single smell and flavor if exposed to it in the fridge. The open bottom will contribute to this. Be sure to keep this container protected. I put it in a zip lock bag in fridge. Washing it won’t be too much of a problem - Especially if you have a slender brush. I wouldn’t put in dishwasher. I recommend if you just want, like me, to cut a few pats at a time that this will come in handy.

Poor Quality; malfunctions
Difficult to use. Parts stick and poorly aligned. Doesn’t properly load butter. Cuts are inconsistent or do not occur despite butter being loaded and depressing the trigger. Pay the $5.00 extra and buy a higher quality cutter. You’ll thank me later.

Just okay, neat idea
Its a neat idea. Saw on an random ad. Thought this would be easier and cleaner than cutting little pads of butter. But not easy one hand operation. Not consistent cut of butter. Gets hung up and stuck frequently. It is convenient and easy storage.

Jams up and cumbersome
The product is constantly jamming and not dispensing the butter slices. Don’t waste your money and it’s more aggravating that it is useful. It is also quite wide and cumbersome.
