I feel like this case delivers both, I received on time and was very happy upon opening the cute little box it came in to see sparkle and shine. The beads honestly are one of my favorite parts...I did read a lot of reviews before purchasing and glad I did, as I was prepared that you do have to add the beads yourself, but that isn't really a bad thing... easy to figure out. I did buy a tube of super glue just in case the ring holder does pop off like other reviews said, but it hasn't yet (though I have noticed it is getting loose over time) that would be my only negative... I also added clear nail polish to the gold sides as ppl said those would fade overtime, pretty sure the polish will keep that from happening for a decent little while anyhow.
