Product advertised is what was delivered.
Soundproofing my party wall. These clips along with the 1" rigid insulation has reduced the noise coming through the wall considerably.

The clips are easy to install
This product exceeded my expectations. The ceiling is now decoupled from the floor above. Low frequency is gone and mid/high frequency is greatly attenuated. The clips are easy to install. For added safety, I bolted furring strips to the channel and screwed drywall to furring.

Too Expensive
These are a branded solution, and they charge for the branding. I didn't even end up using them because I created my own solution that was a lot better than these for my specific application. I wish they sold just the rubber screw mounts, minus the clips, because the combination diffuser/room coupler/absorber I designed & built could've used them. Instead, I had to use silicone bushings to decouple my solution.
