Very good quality product. I will definitely recommend they’re very happy with it. It does warm up really fast no issues no problem. I love it cause it turns out on blue which that’s my favorite color so I am very happy and I will definitely recommend it.

This burns very quickly.

Great tea pot. Love that it shuts off on its own. Simple and only 1 button. Nice that there is a built in filter at the spout but cleaning is a bit of a challenge. I use loose tea and it was a pain to clean since the lid doesn't come off. The way the lid opens partially I can't get my hand in there either to wash the bottom of the pot.

This kettle came with a rust spot that appears to be about 1.6 mm, in the center. It takes longer than expected to boil but it's still working.

I like the tea pot m, but it takes a little long to heat up than my other one. Good price and I will keep it.

Good Kettle, holds 7 cups, and boils quite quickly. I love the light up feature. One thing is the bottom does start to stain easily and therefore needs to be cleaned more then other kettles I have had before.

We purchased this kettle six (6) months ago. It was working well, until the lid started popping open while it was warming up, and a few days later, it stopped working completely!The item, when it worked, was decent. Water came to a boil rather quickly and it shut off rather quickly too. The electric plug stays cool to the touch, which our old Hamilton Beach kettle did not.It comes with a one-year warranty, HOWEVER, if you're Canadian, the seller, MAXI-MATIC in California, will not do anything about it, other than to tell you to contact Amazon. That was easy and a credit was issued to be used off future purchases. My parents always taught me, "if you buy cheap, you get cheap"...so I should have paid more attention! LOL
