I didn't know much about 18650 cells when I ordered these, I researched them later. Currently, 3600 is the maximum mAh for any rechargeable 18650 lithium cell. In theory these could be 1/3 of their claimed capacity. They are much more likely about 2,000mAh or less based on the ratings of the "5800"mAh bateries of the same manufacturer.These cells are fraudulent.

Do not trust the review that says these are good for vapes. These batteries will likely explode. 9900mah is physically impossible and these batteries are fake and lack ANY safety features. They should be removed immediately from amazon.

Pretty Good Batteries
I quit smoking years ago by vaping, and still vape because I am scared to stop. Anyway, I therefore deal with 18650 batteries every day. These are good for the price, but as far as taking and holding a charge they're about as good as my 4 year old Samsung NCR-Bs.

FRAUD ALERT - These batteries are fake. Max capacity possible in this size is 3500 mah. These likely test 1/10 of their labeled capacity at best - Amazon should ban this seller and product. BEWARE !!!!!
