It is a beautiful art piece
The first one arrived with the tip broken off.and the packaging was not very secured. I did request a replacement and the new one arrived in two days. It is intact and beautiful. Amazon asked me to return the broken one which is easy to do. We love it so much that we ordered another identical one as a gift to someone out of town. It came from another seller with a higher price. That one arrived intact. Definitely worth the price if you are interested in a adding a contemporary piece to your home decor.

What Can I Say?
There is nothing so beautiful as this art glass center piece. I love Amazon and have ordered lot of things - but this is one of the most elegant piece that I have ever seen. I look at it day and the fantastic comments that I have received from friends are outstanding. This piece is a MUST for anyone.

This is a GORGEOUS glass artwork. Looks just like in the photos, heavy, good quality. Looks more expensive than it is. Had very few bubbles. It's the centerpiece of my newly-staged living room. Beautiful colors
This was the last piece to finish our entertainment wall, and it's perfect. Colors are vivid, and I especially love how the light shines through the base. I couldn't be happier.

Not as pictured. Customer service....zero.
Actually spoke to customer service and it boiled down to "Too bad." Hand made I understand but not at all like the picture, unacceptable. Hope they've already made enough money to retire because they won't be getting anymore out of me. Too bad. The picture was so beautiful. What I got, was not. Sent emails. No reply.
