They are packing in sunflower oil instead of fish oil and that makes for a less aggressive 'fishy' flavor. Now I like fishy flavor however with anchovies customers do not enjoy extreme salt of extreme fish aroma in most cases. This is a great alternative for me. I don't know if we will ever get back to normal with the anchovy supply, this is a good alternative compared to what I nomally used.
