Yes they do. They are the only ones I have been using in mine for months.

Anyone uses Freestyle pen and this lancet works with it? I saw one review said it doesn't work, but I want to hear more from other people too.

Hello Michonne These are Universal FIT size lancets, can be used with Any Pen that is Universal FIT ( do not work with Any onetouch Brand lancet pen) We are not aware of any issues with FREE STYLE Pen you can confirm that information with Manufacturer of Pen or Lancet maker

I took a chance....

I took a chance and ordered this 3-pack (28 gauge, I need it!) because it was inexpensive to others on the market. I was hoping they would fit in my lancing device. They do fit and work with the device albeit a little tight. I've almost gone through the first box of 100 and have found no issues with defective lancets. This makes it a very BIG PLUS! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to shipping. Apparently I didn't give myself enough time for these lancets to arrive - it took forever. I suspect a slow boat from China :( These are made in China with a FL address.
