This Murine Tears for dry eyes is one of the 4 drops I use for my severe dry eyes. I have Sjogren's so my condition is chronic and most eye drops just don't do the trick. I use Thera Tears the most during the day and Thera Tears Extra at bedtime and during the night or if I have extreme irritation in eyes at any time. Another drop I use that is preservative-free is Refresh Classic. Murine Tears and Refresh Classic both contain Polyvinyl Alcohol and Povidone which is the "magic" ingredients for my eyes. When I want to read, watch TV, drive a car, or something where I need clarity, I use these two latter drops. I would use them all of the time, but they leave a slight residue in the eyes that will build up like sleep-time eye secretions that we all get. Refresh Classic has less residue perhaps because it is preservative-free? Murine Tears does have preservative but hey, nothing is perfect and it works wonders for me having clear vision when I need it. Recently, I had trouble finding Murine Tears so I hope the company that produces it reads this and realizes that it is a great product at a great price for people like me.

I have dry eyes, primarily in the night when I wake up in the middle of the night, in the morning, etc. I have to keep eye drops next to me to put in my eyes. Moisturizing eye drops for dry eyes are sooo expensive! I tried another brand that worked great, but at $6 for a 0.5 oz. bottle it's not sustainable for the amount I use. So, I decided to look online and found the Murine Tears at about $2.50 a bottle, so I bought 4 of them.They are OK. They help out when I need to put some moisture in my eyes but they actually don't work long and in the end seem to make my eyes dry. Or, my eyes dry out fast because there really isn't a "moisturizing ingredient" in these. At least not one that works for me.I probably won't buy again but have 4 bottles to use up, so yay...

This works very well on my eyes after i had Lasik surgery. It is very good at keeping them feeling moist and fresh. Omly reason for 4 starts is bottle drips too fast. No affect on quality... just a little thing. Came on time, good condition.

WORKS! I suffer from dry eye and I use these when I need to re-wet my eyes. I need to use it regularly.

I had bad experience with many tear drops but this one is ok for my eyes. I have extremely dry eyes while sleeping and I just had to use one drop of this tear drops!

Getting two bottles of Murine for less than I've paid for generics was a big surprise. The product works well, as advertised, but is not particularly long lasting like some of the pricier high-tech eye lubricants. But for the money, it can't be beat.
