I bought this rice cooker in Jan 2018 and I can honestly say we use this at least twice a week for my hungry family of four. It is still working fantastically. I love that it’s stainless steel and I cook brown rice, white rice, a mix of black brown and red rice that I make in it and every times it’s perfect! I cook with chicken stock with the rice, other times just a dash of olive oil and salt and other times just filtered water. It doesn’t stick to the bottom. I sometimes keep the rice warm overnight with no issues. It works like a champion and I am very happy with it. I lost the little thing that keeps the lid hanging from the top years ago and I just pop the metal lid on the base and cook the rice and it’s perfect. To me it’s a workhorse and I would only ever replace it with another stainless steel one this does die from old age and overuse. But so far it’s been 2 and a half years of constant use and I am happy.
