First tried it out with ice water. Advertised that drinks stay cold for 24 hours. Well, it was still cold the next morning! Then, I put coffee in it for the office. My coffee was hot for over 6 hours!! I brought my regular travel mug and this bottle and had hot coffee all day!!!The bottle came wrapped in pkadyoc, bubble wrap and in a nice box.
