Great Product but needs help with shipping
I've been using this product for 4 years now. How performed great thus far. However, when ordering on amazon, I don't get shipping update. I've had to cancel the order twice now cause there's no shipping info. I will have to order for a third time now and hope I get some shipping info. Would be five stars, but issue with ordering and shipping. Hope it works this 3rd time around.

packaging was great I was so worried coming from Westcoast to Eastcoast that this uv bulb would be smashed it had so many different wraps it never moved price was great as for as how long it last I will have to let you know

PERFECT FIT FOR MY 12 GPM WATER DISINFECTION SYSTEM
Shipped promptly and came well packaged. Added bonus...the ballast failed on my HQUA system, and the company sent me a new, better ballast at no cost. Really excellent customer service, and product backup. Will be purchasing another similar system in the near future.
