30 Pcs Drum Dampener Gel Pads,Transparent White, Black, Blue, Gray

I have been drumming for almost 50 years and used cloth taped down to moon gels for ring control on my snares and toms but nothing is better than these. They stick great on one side and the up side is not sticky at all. They work great and I even have them on the bottom tom heads on the outside and they stay in place, even after a few months of being there. They won't come off unless I peel them off and as good as they stick, they peel off fairly easy and do no damage at all to the heads, even to the coating on coated heads. I highly recommend these for your dampening needs.

These work great for reducing overtones/ringing on drums. These don't really dampen or reduce volume but do a good job of tightening the sound. I'm using these on my toms, but also added to my Acrolite snare to soften the tone a bit. These are far cheaper than Moongels and just as good. They stick well to the heads and can be peeled off and reattached securely. I've not had any problem with them falling off yet. For the price, they can't be beat.

I need to kill a lot of sound because I play for a youth room in a church that is a little small... so I use them all over the set, and they don't want to stay on the bottom heads... That is frustrating... on the tops they are great and seem to do their job well.

Works like it's supposed to.... eliminates ring and overtones, at a fraction of the cost. I like how the bottom of these pads are very tacky and should stay in place securely. The tops have some kind of coating that's non-stick, so you can pack up your drums is cases and not worry about the tacky surface attracting dust and debris.

All drummers should have a set or two of these, although not all drummers will use them alike. They're versatile enough to use on drums or cymbals - I use several on my 22-inch ride to cut down the sustain ever-so-slightly - and also a couple on my toms. I like my snare to snap, so it's completely unmuffled. The dampener pads can be reused, moved or whatever other adjustments you want to make. It's a great way to improve the sound of your setup for just a few dollars.

Adhesion sucks. Applied them, played a concert 20 minutes later and they bounced right off. Garbage.

I actually like these a lot more than the original jell pads. These do a better job at dampening and controlling over tones and resonance than the old style jells. One properly placed is sufficient compared to 2 or 3 of the old jells. The oval shape is great for sticking in close to the rim and I suspect better for vibrations which do not run in straight lines across the head. These also have a non stick top so they won't collect dust and debris and if you hit it with the tip of the stick the stick won't stick to it or make a weird thwappy sound. Really good value for money as well. I haven't had them that long so I don't know about how long they will stay sticky or if you can wash them and put them back on. But so far, super happy with what they do and how well they work.

Nicht die besten Dämpfer aber für den Preis absolut annehmbar. Haltn gut auf einem sauberen Fell, sogar auf der Bassdrum klebt eines jetzt schon seit 3 Monaten.

Totally what I wanted, a product similar to moongel, yet alot cheaper. Theresquite a few in the pack, maybe 20, slight bit of adhesive on the back, which is just enough to stick nicely to the drum skin. They seem to dampen fine as well., Just what I wanted

I like the fact that they do the job for cymbals that are loud and resonate sound. They are a great dampener if you just try 1 at a time
